Weekly Dharma Study
Classes at Rita's house are no longer possible since her passing. A group of our regular participatnts are meeting every Friday of every month at First Unitarian Universalist Church, Woodmont Boulavard in Nashvile, 7-9 PM to continue meditating and listening to teachings together. If you are interested in attending, email us at Luminous Mind.
Our study primarily centers around listening to teachings by great teachers via audio or video recording, then discussing the teaching together. Our studies are centered around Ken McLeod's epic book, Wake Up to Your Life, which offers a complete path in easily understandable language, focusing on direct experience. We also supplement with other teachings to give a fully rounded foundation in the dharma.
Open to all, newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. No cost. Love offering welcome to help cover cost of study resources and for bringing teachers into town.
