Learn the dharma* in a systematic, progressive way. Our study will primarily center around listening to teachings by authentic masters via audio or video recording, then discussing the teaching together. Much of our study will focus on the nature of experience and how to experience it directly. Open to all, newcomers and experienced practitioners alike.
From time to time, we will schedule an introductory class for beginners as needed. Just ask!
No cost. Love offering optional to help cover cost of study resources.

*Dharma can be defined in many ways. You can think of it simply as spiritual teachings. The Rigpa Shedra Wikipedia defines it as follows:
Dharma (Skt. dharma; Tib. chö; Wyl. chos) — the word used to refer to the teachings of the Buddha (Skt. Buddhadharma). It has many shades of meaning, including ‘the spiritual path’, or ‘spirituality’ in general. It also refers to phenomena, meaning things and events. See also Ten meanings of Dharma.
